How do I detach a document from a page?

OnePgr provides My Documents as a central place for viewing and managing all your documents, attached, or unattached.

There are two ways to detach a document from the page to which it is attached:
  • You can remove the page identifier in the properties of the attachment; you can even attach it to another page if needed.
  • You can delete the document entirely from OnePgr. 

To remove an attachment from a page:

  1. In My Documents, locate the document you want to detach.
  2. Click Edit at the bottom of the document icon,
  3. In the Edit Document pane, replace the Page number entered in doc_page_id. 
The system detaches the file from its collaboration page, but keeps it in the system.

To delete a document from OnePgr:

  1. In My Documents, locate the document you want to detach.
  2. Click Edit at the bottom of the document icon,
  3. In the Edit Document pane, simply click Delete.
The system deletes the file from OnePgr. You'll no longer see it listed on the collaboration page where it was attached.
